When you’re in the market for your new home, you owe it to yourself to walk through any modular homes or manufactured homes you can find; whether at the dealer, already a land/home, or in-park. 1.   What’s your interest rate?

Rates for modular homes and manufactured homes are not priced like ‘stick-built’ homes. Rates depend on your credit score (of course) and the size and age of your prospective home. You’ll be impressed with our competitive rates.

2.   What credit score do I need?

The short answer is 620 or better for conventional financing (FHA financing is more liberal). I can help with this one too. 2.   How much money down for a Modular/Manufactured home purchase?

With the current churn in the mortgage industry, this answer is simpler. You need 5% down.
(3% for FHA of course. Ask me about ‘family gifting’)
