March 2008 update: Mortgage rates appear to be rising in the face of a threatened recession. The Fed 'did it again'  again this month. Not sure if it will work. FHA has raised loan limits significantly. Mesa Co is now $371,250. Please visit my calculator page to find loan limits in your county. I have 100% financing available again. This is the ideal time to consider re-financing; and to start the home purchase process.  President Bush signed HR 3648 - The Mortgage Foregiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007.  Call me for info and check the changes.
